Inside the seedy world that has evovled into a trending hipster concept of Mexico. Where Chef & Restauranteur Ryan Manning, former chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Mexico & Chef partner of the Mexican Embassy, Washington D.C. will delve into the cocktail trends of Mexico, Instagramable classics with a modern twist, "Botanas" or Mexican complimentary tapas pairings of a true cantina, and the history of the "cantina" and how they've become some of the most desired seats in Mexico.
