Title: The Disappearing Daypart

Description:

The traditional concept of dayparts is disappearing as consumer food behaviors change. This lively panel discussion with industry veterans will explore how restaurants are adapting to dramatic shifts in food consumption habits. Attendees will learn how changing consumer behaviors, new diets and nutritional considerations are impacting the restaurant industry and how restaurants are innovating in product, menu, pricing, and promotion to adapt. They will also gain valuable insights into how to transform their businesses to meet the changing needs and appetites of consumers throughout the day. This session is tailored to foodservice professionals who are responsible for driving future growth by embracing change and developing strategies to serve an ever-evolving consumer.

Learning Objectives:
  • Identify which traditional “daypart” biases may be holding you back.
  • Learn how successful concepts can maintain core brand and concept equities while expanding relevance for a changing consumer.
