As the U.S. becomes increasingly diverse, your success lies in your ability to navigate work relationships across cultures, worldviews, and values. But how do you ensure that you’re not just checking the diversity box? How do you cultivate an environment where everyone feels like they belong? Join this Roundtable to discuss how you and fellow operators can intentionally build genuine connections among your employees, customers, and suppliers.

Roundtable discussions bring industry professionals together to delve into today’s most critical topics. Designed to foster solutions-orientated idea sharing, these discussions allow attendees to learn from their peers and openly share their achievements and challenges in an informal setting. Discussions will be led by a moderator who will encourage poignant dialogue around the tables and facilitate sharing of key discussion points from each table to the rest of the attendees in the room. Take a seat at the table to explore diverse perspectives, uncover blind spots, and be inspired by new ideas.
