Nathan Dalah

In 2016, Nathan Dalah dropped out of university and founded a Japanese inspired salad bar, FISHBOWL, in Bondi Beach, Sydney. Inspired by his love for Japanese culture and cuisine along with his disciplined approach to health, THISBOWL FISHBOWL has become a cult favorite in Australia and hopes to reimagine and replant the brand's roots here in the US. Fishbowl Australia is now approaching 50 restaurants nationwide and 800+ employees. In 2024, the brand launched internationally as Thisbowl USA with the opening of the first Thisbowl restaurant in New York on Bleecker St in NoHo.

Along with Fishbowl Australia and Thisbowl USA, Nathan has also co-founded several Australian foodie cult-favorites such as Fruitbowl, Fish Shop, and Burger Park.

In his current role as Thisbowl's Head of Global Growth, Nathan leads the international expansion of Thisbowl the brand. He continues to be driven by the mission to provide healthy, fresh, and uncompromisingly delicious food as an alternative to fast food.

Nathan lives in New York with his wife, Georgia, and their two children.
