Katie McCourt

Katie McCourt, is a service industry professional who has been working in high volume guest facing roles for over 10 years. Katie’s main focus is making everyone feel like they’re in the comfort of their own home right at her bar inside the bustling lobby of the Hoxton hotel.  Chicagoland native, she attended Ball State University for education and has a passion for teaching and learning. New on the cocktail scene, Katie looks forward to acquiring her WSET 200 this spring, and is excited to continue her deep dive in spirits education.
