As Founder and CEO of Surcheros, an emerging fast-casual that specializes in “Friendly Tex-Mex, Fresh Every Day,” Luke Christian brings together big taste and bold flavors with the Southern hospitality of his youth. A University of Georgia graduate, Luke has dedicated his career to the food industry. With 25 years of industry experience, Christian is a trusted leader with the vision and knowledge to build on a franchise’s foundation and future success.
In 2007, Christian opened the first Surcheros location in Douglas, GA which quickly became a community favorite. In 2017, the brand welcomed its first franchise location with Christian spearheading strategic rebranding and expansion efforts. This development has allowed Luke Christian’s commitment and passion for community to reach new markets.
Surcheros currently has 26 locations in operation across the Southeast with upcoming expansion in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina. The brand plans to have 100 units in operation over the next five years.
