Scott Taylor

Scott Taylor served as President & Chief Executive Officer at Walk-On’s Enterprises Operations, LLC from December 2022 to June 2023. Prior to being named Chief Executive Officer, Scott served as the brands President & Chief Operating Officer since December 2010. During his tenure as President & Chief Operating Officer, Scott led the organization in systemization and structure while building a leadership team that operates a best-in-class franchise organization. Walk-On’s was voted ESPN’s #1 Sports Bar in North America in 2012 and launched their franchise program in June 2014. Today, Walk-On’s operates over 80 locations throughout Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, the Carolinas, Tennessee, and Texas. Walk-On’s is on the path to reaching 100 locations by the end of 2024 with a steady pace of growth of 20-25 locations per year afterwards. Prior to joining Walk-On’s Enterprises, Scott served as Chief Operating Officer for Family Sports Concepts, the franchisor for Beef O Brady’s Sports Pubs and The Brass Tap, from 2002 to 2011. During his tenure with Family Sports Concepts, the company grew from 40 franchise locations in 4 states to 276 locations across 23 states. Scott currently serves as La State Director for the LRA and serves on several industry and community advisory boards. Scott also serves as an advisor for the LSU EBV (Entrepreneurship Program for Disabled Veterans) and is the Chair of the Industry Advisory Board for the College of Tourism and Hospitality at the University of Florida.  He is also an adjunct professor at UF teaching a course in Food and Beverage Management for the Spring 2024 semester.

 Scott received his BA degree from the University of Florida and is pursuing his MBA from the University of Louisiana.  Scott resides in Baton Rouge, LA with his wife while both of his children are attending college at the University of Florida and Florida State University.
