Mindy Armstrong

Mindy Armstrong has been a thought leader in the foodservice industry for nearly two decades. Her experience covers a broad range, including platform and product development, consumer insight, and culinary innovation across many service styles, lending her a unique perspective on the changing needs of consumers and actionable insight into menu strategy and product innovation.

Today, Mindy is the Sr. Director of Brand Innovation for Buffalo Wild Wings, a casual dining brand in the Inspire Brands portfolio. She joined the brand in 2018 and currently oversees the brand’s innovation function, from white space identification through product launch. She is responsible for development of the brand’s innovation strategy and long-term product pipeline, including innovation processes, product testing, and new product launches.
