Alexandra Harden

Alexandra Harden is the Supply Chain & Sustainability Manager at Just Salad, a restaurant chain with over 70 locations based in New York City. She manages produce procurement and the brand's sustainability initiatives, including its reusable bowl programs and pioneering menu carbon labeling program. Before joining Just Salad, Alexandra worked at environmental nonprofit organizations and received a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.
