Randy Mortensen

Randy Mortensen is a highly experienced business leader with over 30 years of expertise in the finance, energy, non-profit, and technology sectors. His skill set includes sustainability, energy conservation, fundraising, business development, and organizational leadership. He has held various positions such as Vice President of Business Development, Chief Operating Officer, President, and Chief Executive Officer. Throughout his career, Randy has been a leader in various organizations, co-founding Energy Solutions International and then post-acquisition serving as a Vice President for Xcel Energy, in charge of Sales & Operations for a subsidiary, Energy Masters International. Later, he was also the Executive Vice President of Global Business Development at Lighting Science Group and CEO of Water Monitor International. He was also the founder of Cleaning Pros, a commercial kitchen cleaning business, and served more than 1,300 restaurants under contract in seven states.

Randy is also actively involved in non-profit work, co-founding World Wide Village in 2006, and has been its President ever since. The non-profit has funded the construction of single-family homes, local churches, and schools, provided access to clean water and sanitation, ensured healthcare is available, and created sustainable jobs to end chronic dependency in Haiti. Randy also played a significant role in the rebuilding efforts in Haiti after the 7.0 Mw earthquake. He has also been involved with similar projects in Trinidad, Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, St. Lucia, Guyana, Uganda, and Ghana. He attended Winona State University and holds a degree in Business from Southwest Minnesota. Randy launched RPM Global Advisors in 2018, a business growth acceleration firm that has been recognized worldwide. He is a global keynote speaker and published author, providing valuable guidance for businesses striving for success.
