Erica brings a passion for problem solving and a love of delicious food to her role as Culinary Director at The Culinary Edge where strategic and culinary talent are fused with human-centered design to forge the future of food and beverage brands. She has spent the last 25 years of her career working in a variety of food service operations from fine dining and QSR to hotel and campus dining. This breadth of experience has given her deep insight into creating efficient operations that empathize with the operator, the employees, and the end user. She is a dedicated resident of beautiful San Francisco and its endlessly delicious restaurants.
